Good Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small chicken
1 medium onion, chopped well
1 small can tomato puree
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
rosemary and basil (optional)
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken (do not coat).
Fry in small amount of oil.
When brown, remove from skillet.
Add onion and tomato puree.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce, rosemary and basil if desired.
Add Ragu sauce to make plenty around chicken.
Return chicken to skillet. Cover and simmer over low fire until meat is real tender.
This is also good for pork chops and spare ribs.
