Black-Bean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans
    4 plum tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. diced red onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 large fresh or pickled jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh cilantro
    4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp. grated lime
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Up to day ahead, rinse and drain beans.
    In bowl combine ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Makes 4 servings (3 cups).
