Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix together the flour, sugar, nutmeg, eggs, milk and butter. Mix everything together and pour in a 9-inch unbaked crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
