Veal Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. veal, very thinly sliced
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. chopped oregano or 1 Tbsp. dried
dash of salt
dash of pepper
oil
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/3 to 1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Dredge veal in mixture of flour, oregano, salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a large skillet and saute veal until lightly browned.
Add mushrooms and wine.
Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
Makes 4 servings.
