Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Uncle Ben's long grain rice
    1 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Bring broth, water, celery, onion and rice to a boil.
    Cover tightly and cook on low heat until all water is absorbed, 1/2 hour.
    Drain mushrooms and add.
