2 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
6 scallions
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
