Pineapple Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 or 12 lb. ham
1 c. honey
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
whole cloves
Preparation

Score fat on ham; place whole clove in each diamond.
Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a roasting pan.
Bake in a slow 300\u00b0 oven.
Allow 20 minutes to the pound.
Baste often with the honey, brown sugar and pineapple mixture.
Remove from oven to meat platter.
