Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. rhubarb
    1 plain pastry recipe
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Add 1 beaten egg and mix well. Coat cut up rhubarb with flour and egg mixture.
    Turn into bottom crust and cover with top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
