Ingredients

1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. chipped dried beef, chopped
4 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet over low heat.
Add dried beef and stir occasionally until lightly browned.
Add flour.
Stir until dried beef is well coated with flour.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
Stir until thickened.
Serve over toast or boiled potatoes.
