Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. persimmon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bake in 8-inch square pan 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0.
    Set pan in pan of cold water for finer texture.
