Pan-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut each in half.
    In skillet, melt butter with oil.
    Add potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat until browned on all sides.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes until fork-tender.
    Makes 2 servings.
