Turnip Greens And Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

1 lb. pkg. Cut N Clean turnip greens
5 medium red potatoes
4 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation

Put greens in large pot. The greens cook down but to begin, you will need to push them down to get all into the pot. Add thinly sliced potatoes and cook until done. Remove potatoes and greens and save the broth.
