Old Fashion Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Beat in sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake about 40 minutes in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for first 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 to finish baking.
