Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, diced or chopped
5 Tbsp. water
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 rounded Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
Preparation

Beat eggs
plus 5 tablespoons water; pour over rhubarb and stir.
Put in pie shell.
Dot with butter or margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
