Chocolate Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa (level)
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 pinch salt
1/2 stick butter
milk
water
Preparation

In a large saucepan, mix the first 4 ingredients.
Add approximately 3 tablespoons of water (just enough to make mixture wet).
Over medium heat, add butter and 2 cups of milk.
As butter starts to melt, turn heat to low and constantly stir.
Add more milk as needed to make mixture creamy or to desired thickness for gravy.
Serve over biscuits.
