Grecian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium frying chicken, cut to pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    3/4 pt. tomato sauce
    2 oz. black olives, sliced
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash and dry the chicken.
    Brown well in oil in a heavy pan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix tomato sauce, olives, and cinnamon.
    Combine chicken and sauce in a covered oven dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 (gas 3) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning occasionally. Chicken is done when meat falls away from the bone.
    Serves 4 to 5.
