Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients together and sift into bowl.
Add eggs, milk and salad oil; mix until no lumps.
Place in a greased 8 x 12-inch pan; bake in heated oven at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Serves 8.
