Pork Satay Singapore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loin of pork, cut in bite size pieces
    3 walnuts, ground
    1/2 tsp. ginger root, minced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 onion, chopped
    juice of 1 lemon or lime
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    pinch of sugar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut 2 unpared medium zucchini lengthwise in half.
    Cook covered in 1 inch boiling salted water for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with dill weed.
    Serves 4.
