Peachy Pork Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed, boneless pork loin
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    oil
    8 oz. jar salsa
    4 Tbsp. peach preserves
Preparation
    Coat pork with seasoning and brown in oil. Add both salsa and preserves to skillet; mix well. Cover and lower heat. Simmer gently 15 minutes.
