Heavenly Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. syrup from pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water, add syrup, gradually add gelatin mixture to mayonnaise and blend well.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Fold in pineapple and cheese.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Can be made a day ahead.
