Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 9-inch pie shells
1 lb. box light brown sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. corn meal
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 c. broken pecan pieces
Preparation
-
Cream butter and sugar.
Then add eggs, corn meal, water, vanilla, salt, and pecans.
Mix well and pour into pie shells.
