Summer Okra Casserole(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked Seitan, cut into strips
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can condensed low sodium vegetable soup
    1/4 c. chopped pickles
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 lb. whole or chopped okra
    1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Fry seitan in oil until browned, about 5 minutes.
    Add onion, soup, pickles, catsup and okra.
    Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish and top with biscuits.
    Bake until biscuits are golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
