Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all together and pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes, reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake until pie sets, about 40 minutes.
