Venison To Die For - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hindquarter or large roast
    1/2 c. oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
    1/2 c. water
    lemon pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Large piece of heavy-duty foil to completely wrap venison inside.
    Place foil on cooking pan.
    Lay venison inside.
    Add oil, onions, garlic and water.
    Sprinkle salt over meat and add lemon pepper to meat liberally.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours without opening foil.
    When done, slice in small slices.
