Baked Honey Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. tarragon
4 tsp. honey
4 tsp. unsalted butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice off stem end of tomato and scoop out seeds.
Place, open side up, in buttered baking dish.
Mix bread crumbs, salt, pepper and tarragon.
Drizzle honey over tomatoes. Rub into cavity, sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.
Dot with butter.
Bake 30 minutes.
Broil for an additional 5 minutes.
