Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 small red cooking apples
    6 Tbsp. chopped mixed dried fruit
    6 (1 1/2-inch) cinnamon sticks
    3/4 c. low-fat vanilla flavored yogurt
    6 Tbsp. low-fat granola
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small saucepan, combine apple juice and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Heat to boiling over high heat.
    Boil 6 minutes to reduce liquid.
