Texas Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. cooking oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (4 oz.) can mild chili peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pour cooking oil in skillet.
Add ground beef and simmer over medium heat until browned.
Drain; stir in tomatoes, beans, peppers, paprika, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
