2 c. rye flour
2 Tbsp. soya flour
3 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. corn meal
4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. powdered milk
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a 4 or 5-quart storage container or in a heavy-duty plastic bag.
Shake vigorously and store in refrigerator.
