Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ice water
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    4 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix, water and cheese.
    Stir well with a fork to blend. Divide dough in half.
    On a lightly floured smooth surface, form each half into balls. With a rolling pin, roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut out rounds with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
