Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo or butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white Karo
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
6 to 8 qt. unsalted popped corn
Preparation

Bring oleo
or butter, brown sugar, salt and white Karo to a boil
while
stirring.
Boil 5 more minutes without stirring, then add
vanilla
and baking soda.
Pour over unsalted popped corn. Stir
well, then pour into large flat pan.\tBake for 50 minutes at\t250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
Store in dry containers and cover.
