Freyda'S Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. plus 4 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and add 2 cups of sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in cream and vanilla.
    Fold in the flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.
    Combine remaining sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Place about 1/3 of the batter in a well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Sprinkle with 3/4 nut mixture.
    Pour remaining batter. Sprinkle nut mixture on top.
    Bake 60 minutes.
