Spinach Salad(10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and drained
    2 c. fresh bean sprouts or 1 (No. 2) can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Tear clean, crisp, thoroughly dried spinach into large salad bowl.
    Rinse and drain sprouts.
    Toss all salad ingredients together.
    Set aside.
