Violet'S Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix yeast with warm water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Knead for 5 minutes.
Let rise for 1 to 2 hours.
Pat onto pizza pans. Allow to rise for another hour.
Add favorite toppings and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
