Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. diced cooked potatoes
    8 slices bacon
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 to 1 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    In
    a large bowl, dice potatoes.
    Brown bacon in large skillet.
    Crumble bacon into potatoes; save drippings in skillet. Use wire whip and add flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add sugar, vinegar, water, salt, pepper and celery seed.
    Stir until well blended.
    Continue blending until mixture bubbles and thickens. Add onion and mixture to potatoes and bacon and stir until thoroughly mixed.
