Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat, cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
    Makes 4 servings, but can be doubled.
