Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 chopped green onions
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Wash potatoes and rub skins with oil. Bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are done.
    Reduce oven heat to 350\u00b0.
    Cut a slice from top of each potato and scoop out pulp. Mash pulp; add sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and green onions. Fill potato shells with mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
