Chinese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. sliced almonds
    1 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. mushrooms (jar or canned)
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cool rice.
    Mix with other ingredients and put into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
