Chili Sauce(Yields 6 Pints) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. (6 1/2 lb.) ripe tomatoes, peeled and cored before measuring
    1 green mango
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. red pepper
    5 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Put tomatoes, onion and mango through food chopper.
    Add other ingredients and boil 2 hours or until thick.
    Stir frequently. Ladle into jars and seal at once.
