Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 lb. bacon
    1 small onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and chop broccoli into bite size pieces.
    (I use only the flowers.)
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels and crumble.
    Cut onion fine.
    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar together.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill several hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
