Lemony Bouillon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, snipped or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Combine chicken broth, lemon rind, lemon juice and bay leaf in a saucepan over medium heat.
    Bring mixture just to boiling point, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
