Pistachio Pudding Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. nuts
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 large carton Cool Whip
    2/3 c. powdered sugar
    2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
    Pat lightly in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar together.
    Cream well and spread on top of cooled crust.
    Mix pudding with milk.
    Mix with beaters for 2 minutes.
    Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread other half of the Cool Whip on top.
    Chill, cut and serve.
