Blackened Catfish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3/4 tsp. white pepper
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    4 catfish fillets
    1/2 c. melted butter
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Preheat large heavy skillet until very hot.
    Combine first nine ingredients in a small bowl.
    Dip fillets in melted butter, then in seasoning mixture.
    Place in hot skillet.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until blackened.
    Serve with squeeze of fresh lemon.
    Serves 4.
