Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten
4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Cream margarine with sugar.
Add milk and beat well.
Add beaten eggs.
Combine dry ingredients and mix into batter.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Reserve
1 1/2 cups batter for filling. Bake in 3 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
