Peach Moonshine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. orange Jell-O
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    1/2 c. hot peach juice
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. finely chopped peaches (canned or frozen)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and hot peach juice.
    Add lemon juice and allow to cool. When mixture begins to thicken, fold in peaches.
