Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper (3/4 c. chopped)
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Rinse sauerkraut with cold water; drain well.
    Combine sauerkraut with green pepper, onion and celery in a medium bowl. Combine oil, water, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over sauerkraut mixture.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
