Peachy Double Cooked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, halved or 1 whole cut up chicken
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. garlic oil
    1 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    2 Tbsp. spiced honey
    whole cloves
    1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained, save juice
    1/2 c. peach juice
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    In bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Shake chicken in mixture.
    Brown chicken and place in casserole dish.
    Combine orange juice, vinegar, peach juice and honey.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Baste often.
    Place 2 to 3 cloves per peach halve.
    Place around or on chicken.
    Bake uncovered 15 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
