Biscuit Stuffin' Atop Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 can buttermilk or sweet milk biscuits
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-9inch baking pan.
    Brown chops; drain.
    Place chops in prepared pan.
    Set aside.
    In medium mixing bowl, combine soup, celery, onion, seasonings and egg.
    Mix well.
    Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.
    Cut each biscuit into 8 to 10 pieces.
    Stir into soup mixture.
    Spoon over chops.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 55 to 65 minutes until topping is golden brown.
