Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep dish pie crusts
2 c. cooked chicken
2 medium potatoes, cooked
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Have chicken cooked, deboned and chopped.
Dice potatoes; cover with water.
Boil 3 to 4 minutes (potatoes should be firm).
Drain.
Add other ingredients and simmer until warm.
Pour into pie crust.
Place second crust on top.
Press edges together.
With fork, place holes in top crust to let steam escape.
Cook 30 minutes or until golden brown.
If edges brown too soon, cover (just edges) with foil.
For best results, place on cookie sheet.
