Mini Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix and brown meatballs in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; simmer 10 minutes and drain fat.
