Oyster Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. minced onion
1 pt. oysters, chopped with juice
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped parsley
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 1/2 qt. soft stale bread cubes or crumbs
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet; add onion and celery.
Cook some; then add oysters and rest of ingredients, except bread cubes or crumbs. Cook about 15 minutes.
Add to bread.
Mix well.
Use as stuffing for turkey.
Makes about 10 cups.
